North Texas VA Health Care System needed to renovate the Building 2 Oncology Ward, bringing it up to code.
Prior to NTP, US2 prepared Safety and Quality Control Plans. Shortly thereafter, demolition began with the removal and disposal of interior walls, carpet, floor and restroom tile, designated toilets and fixtures. Precautionary measures were taken for dust control near ongoing hospital operations. US2 partnered with a Prime Subcontractor to ensure excellent project results.
The project was completed on time, with final acceptance being marked by a walkthrough and punch list. The hospital’s primary mission of providing care was not disrupted, as the clinic was temporarily relocated during project execution.
