Brad Swalls brings four decades of experience across HVAC, plumbing, controls, and industrial mechanical systems — with more than 20 years working inside secure Federal facilities. Before joining US2, he served as HVAC Supervisor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, overseeing mission-critical mechanical upgrades and ensuring strict compliance with safety codes, security protocols, and continuity-of-operations requirements. At US2, Brad manages VA infrastructure modernizations nationwide — from replacing more than 1,300 VAV units to upgrading hot water and Legionella prevention systems, air-handling equipment, and PLC-controlled building automation. His multi-discipline credentials in plumbing, electrical, welding, and controls allow him to successfully manage complex phasing in active VA medical centers and correctional environments, delivering safe, compliant, and high-reliability performance on every project.
