As a partner and long-tenured leader within US2, Addison directs all business development and growth strategy for the company. With over a decade at US2, he leads sales, development, marketing, and strategic pursuits while managing key teaming-partner relationships. His focus on opportunity creation and long-range planning ensures a strong, healthy pipeline and positions the company for sustainable growth.
Addison brings more than two decades of experience in construction and energy infrastructure, including over 15 years specializing in Federal contracting and mission-critical facility upgrades. Over his career, he has developed, managed, and delivered more than $300 million in design, construction, and service projects across VA medical centers, federal prisons, and government campuses. His expertise spans Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), large-scale MEP modernizations, steam and condensate system upgrades, chilled water studies, controls modernization, and emergency infrastructure response. With extensive hands-on experience in project development, investment-grade audits, and program management across dozens of Federal facilities, Addison is recognized for his ability to translate complex technical and operational challenges into well-defined, executable solutions that improve reliability, safety, and performance for government partners.
