As the company’s majority owner, Kyle leads all project operations and oversees the day-to-day execution of our federal portfolio. He guides project managers, ensures resources are aligned, and maintains the rigorous performance standards required in federal environments. Kyle’s operational leadership keeps projects on schedule, compliant, and delivered with the quality and reliability our clients expect.
Kyle brings over 20 years of experience in federal facility operations, MEP system management, and mission-critical construction, including more than a decade in leadership roles with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. His background spans supervision of large mechanical and plumbing programs, capital improvements, utilities infrastructure, and multidisciplinary construction projects across high-security federal facilities. As a Supervisory Facilities Operations Manager, Kyle oversaw preventive maintenance programs for thousands of assets, led multi-million-dollar construction portfolios, managed personnel and budgeting, and ensured strict compliance with life safety, environmental, and DOJ/BOP regulatory requirements. A licensed Master Plumber in multiple states and a certified COR Level II, he brings deep technical proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, high-mast lighting, chilled water, and critical steam systems. At US2, Kyle leads project operations and delivery, managing complex VA, DoD, and FBOP projects from planning through commissioning. His operational discipline, field experience, and leadership in high-risk environments drive US2’s commitment to safety, quality, and reliable execution for its federal partners.
