Site Safety and Health Officer
Leads all site safety for our federal construction and MEP projects, ensuring full compliance with EM 385-1-1 and agency standards. She drives a proactive, zero-incident culture through daily inspections, hazard analysis reviews, and subcontractor coordination—keeping every worker and mission priority protected.
Dina is a seasoned Safety & Health Officer with hands-on experience protecting workers in complex industrial and construction environments, including projects with high-risk mechanical, electrical, and utility operations. She brings a strong command of OSHA, NFPA, API, and EM 385-1-1 safety standards and has led safety oversight for major infrastructure upgrades, refinery installations, electrical work, and multi-trade construction activities. Her credentials include OSHA 30, OSHA 510 (Trainer), NCCER Safety, EM 385-1-1, confined-space and fall-protection certifications, and extensive training in risk management, hazard controls, and incident investigation. From conducting JSAs and regulatory audits to supervising safety for crews of 300+ personnel, Dina is known for driving proactive safety cultures, maintaining strict compliance, and achieving zero-incident performance on demanding project schedules — a critical asset to US2’s Federal MEP project delivery.
