Chuck is a veteran Federal Project Manager with more than three decades of experience delivering complex mechanical and electrical upgrades within secure government environments. A former Master Electrician and long-time Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) professional, Chuck brings deep firsthand knowledge of federal infrastructure, security protocols, and operational continuity requirements.
