US2 Announces New Ownership, Strengthening Leadership for Continued Federal Service Excellence

US2 is proud to announce a new chapter in its history with the transition of ownership to two long-standing team members, Kyle Hall and Addison Sander, effective 2025. Both leaders bring decades of federal, construction, and energy-sector expertise, ensuring continuity, stability, and a seamless continuation of the company’s mission and direction. Under their leadership, US2 will continue delivering the Mechanical, Electrical, and energy-focused solutions that Federal partners have trusted since 2005—including its growing portfolio of ESPC projects supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Kyle Hall, new co-owner and seasoned US2 project leader, brings over 20 years of experience in project management, facility management, and MEP upgrades across Federal installations. Prior to joining US2, he served 11 years as an Operations Manager for the Department of Justice, where he oversaw multiple prison facilities, managing preventive maintenance programs, project design and execution, facility budgeting, and personnel oversight. Mr. Hall conducted program reviews of Federal Bureau of Prisons departments, ensuring alignment with DOJ and BOP goals and objectives across an annual budget exceeding $50 million. At US2, he manages Federal construction and MEP projects ranging from $1M to $10M, including major work for the Department of Defense and the VA

Addison Sander, new co-owner and Certified Energy Manager, offers more than 20 years in the construction industry and over 15 years of Federal contracting experience. His background includes developing and executing more than $300 million in Federal design, construction, and service projects, spanning design-build, bid-build, MR&R, and ESPC contract types. Mr. Sander has been instrumental in expanding US2’s presence in energy-focused Federal programs, particularly within the VA, where ESPC projects continue to modernize aging infrastructure and improve facility performance nationwide.

The ownership transition reinforces US2’s long-standing commitment to delivering high-quality, mission-critical solutions for Federal partners. With Hall and Sander at the helm, US2 remains firmly positioned for continued growth, exceptional client service, and the expansion of innovative energy programs that benefit the nation’s most vital government facilities.
